With our online hub, your team will have 24-hour access to a vast library of fitness and wellness advice. Once you’ve purchased Chipper for your organisation, we’d recommend an in-person seminar and demonstration with one of our staff so that your employees get the most out of the platform. We offer this for free.

It’s important to us that Chipper users have new content to keep them engaged on the platform, and ensure there is always something fresh to try. We upload new content – videos, articles and guides – to the Hub every month.

Yes, the Chipper website and employees’ individual Hubs are mobile-friendly, so they can access content on-the-go. Currently there is no app, but watch this space.

Yes. Accessibility is important to us, so every video is subtitled.

Yes, an organisation’s membership renews automatically unless cancelled.

All Monthly and Annual memberships to Chipper are for a 12-month minimum contract.

Data and Access

Chipper is GDPR compliant, so we won’t be able to share data on individual staff with you, or show the content that is being used by an individual staff member. Likewise, any inquiries staff make to out experts will be treated as confidential. We can, however, share an overall picture of how much content your organisation is consuming, and which areas are proving particularly popular.
